The folks over at 1Sky noted yesterday about the positive example Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius is setting for the rest of the nation. She vetoed a bill that would have opened the gates for further dependancy on coal energy via two more coal-fired plants in the state.
She did have some concessions, however, which can be read at the Wichita Eagle.
