Orwell grooms his Wal-Mart logo

The folks over at the Fayetteville Flyer had an astute observation about the new Wal-Mart logo/symbol. It does look much like, you know, a cat’s pooper. And it is true. My affirmation follows one month, nearly to the day, of working at Wal-Mart as a graveyard Receiving Associate (what I received, still figuring it out.)

It does, truly resemble the thousands and thousands of stars drawn so crudely, yet deftly, by generations of deviant young men as representative of a cat or dog’s stinker spot. Yes, stinker spot. As I read the FF post, I noticed in the distance my own cat, putting in his two cents.

Well put, Orwell.

By the way, ya’ll. I have moved on from Wal-Mart. Miracles do happen and don’t let anybody tell you any different. And for those of you inclined to pray, please do so for my mother-in-law. She does need it. Thank you so much!
