I’ve been doing a little bit of research for a class presentation on mountaintop removal and came across this video from the people at ilovemountains.org. A lot of the people who read this blog may have seen the video or heard of the organization before, but I thought I’d post it anyway. When you’re done watching it, turn off the computer, light a candle and read a book.

I was going to say that if you live anywhere in this region of the country, like Kentucky, West Virginia, or Tennessee, you should pay attention because this concerns you. But in reality, it concerns everybody, as we all draw energy from coal powered energy plants. We’re all part of the problem.
